Hello I'm Rhian
A Chartered Physiotherapist of 26 years and Women’s Strength, Posture and Wellbeing Specialist based in South Wales UK.
I help women feel stronger, move better, and trust their bodies again.
I’ve personally overcome anxiety, depression, eczema, Graves’ disease, and chronic running injuries by prioritizing inner wellbeing and addressing root causes rather than symptoms. Now, I’m passionate about sharing everything I’ve learned to help others transform their own lives.
My work combines clinical expertise with a whole-person approach, because real results come from understanding not just where it hurts, but how your body, lifestyle, stress levels and daily movement patterns all work together.
I believe strength, movement and recovery should feel safe, supportive and sustainable so you can stay active, confident and independent at every stage of life.
