Hi I’m Rhi Bowden…

A Chartered Physiotherapist and Movement Specialist with over 26 years’ experience, based in Cowbridge, South Wales.

I specialise in helping women over 40 move their bodies safely, build genuine strength from the inside out, and feel confident and capable, whatever their history with pain, injury, surgery or exercise.

My approach is different because I don’t just treat your symptoms. I look at the root cause and more often than not, that comes back to core strength, breathing patterns and how you move. I combine clinical physiotherapy with movement coaching, breathwork and mindset support, because your body and your confidence are deeply connected.
