About Me

Hi, I’m Rhi Bowden — a physiotherapist, core and functional strength coach, podcast host, and wellness advocate based in Cowbridge, South Wales.

I’m on a mission to help women, especially those aged 40 and over, build strength, resilience, and confidence in their bodies so they can stay active, injury-free, and feel their best.

Through a powerful blend of movement, mindset, and lifestyle shifts, I guide people in preventing and overcoming pain, injury, and chronic illness — because I’ve walked this path myself.

Over the years, I’ve personally overcome anxiety, depression, eczema, Graves’ disease, and chronic running injuries by prioritizing inner wellbeing and addressing root causes rather than symptoms. Now, I’m passionate about sharing everything I’ve learned to help others transform their own lives.

A little more about me:

  • I’m married to former Elite athlete Adam Bowden and a proud mum to two teenage boys, Harri and Rhys.

  • I’m a lifelong runner — from 5K to marathon, I love it all!

  • I’m happiest outdoors, especially in the sunshine.

  • I cherish early mornings — there’s something magical about that stillness before the world wakes up.

  • A good coffee after a long walk with friends…Pure bliss!

If you’re on a journey to feel stronger, healthier, and more in tune with your body, mind, and spirit, you’re in the right place.

I can’t wait to walk this journey with you!
